28 y/o Crybaby, James Damore, the fired Conservative Google Engineer who posted a controversial 10 page sexist memo that women are not likely to succeed in technology because of biology and neuroticsm said that it was the LIBERAL MOB who did him in to get him fired!!

He said it "saddens" him to have left Google after he violated the code of conduct as he specifically targets Google CEO Sundar Pichai for trying to have diversity in the workplace.

He defended his memo after he took issue with the company's "ideological echo chamber"

James repeatedly said that women have stronger interest in people rather than things as they prefer jobs in social or artistic areas and not tech.

He also said that women shouldn't be in high stress managerial jobs because they are prone to "neuroticism"

James said his Memo was a "reasoned, well-researched, good-faith argument" and believes that conservatives like him will not be silenced anymore.

The Wisconsin man said his 12 hour flight to China gave him the "strength" to finally speak out and although he admits that his memo is "sexist", he only speaks the truth that men are the leaders.

He said "How did Google, the company that hires the smartest people in the world, become so ideologically driven and intolerant of scientific debate and reasoned argument"

James said it was finally the "outraged liberal mob" that did him him and said google had no choice but to shame him and oust him.

James maintains that if Google continues to promote "diversity" in the workplace much like others have been doing, it will be the "end" of society and billions of "smart" people like him.

I support hiring based on skill. Anything else is wrong.

James Damore isn't anti-diversity, just anti-diversity-for-diversity's-sake. He wants people to be treated and judged as individuals. He wants the best man or woman for the job to be hired.

And almost no one here agrees with your shitty opinion, there was no one nodding their head and saying, "yes duckbear Im glad that sexist was fired". The most you ever got was "yes I can see you getting fired for this."

Treating Males and Females(*) as the same thing is only going to cause problems in the future. Yes we are equal but men and women have different typical strengths and varying parameters.


*referring to sex of course because I originally thought gender was a redundant term for sex that we used to avoid confusion with the verb form of sex. Also I dont see why we should have issues with "gender" specific words because dont all words predate the concept of gender, making those words instead sex specific. It would be nice if the idea that those words were globally accepted as sex specific.

Nothing wrong with opinions however when you work for a company you abide by their rules or gtfo. This normally means to not post shit on social media that could make them look bad.
