Let me preface this by saying what I did wasn't right, but it's too late to undo it now. Anyway, I snuck a peek at my GF's (of three years) Facebook messages. There was a thread with a male coworker of hers and while there's nothing outright incriminating, some of the stuff said is giving me cause for alarm. Him asking her "Make it safe? Still no regrets?" (which, by the way, I didn't even know she (presumably) went to hang out with him while I was working the other night), her saying yes she made it safe, no, no regrets. Then him saying he just has to ask, where's the line, saying he just doesn't want to impose or be where he's not wanted, wondering what's ok, what's not.

Those last messages were this afternoon and she never responded to him, but they work again tomorrow. I don't know how I can bring up my worries to her without coming off really badly for invading her privacy and making things worse, but I'm just sick to my stomach about the possibilities right now.

Look man, it's a shit situation. She's most likely cheating on you. The only good solution is to lay your cards on the table and be honest. If she did wrong, she will likely try to deflect with your bad choices. It's okay to apologize and awcknowledge what you did was wrong, but you have to point out that there is no going back from it now and both of your trusts have been broken and may never mend. There really is no other suitable choice but to just be painfully blunt.
