Just watched that scene. Cringed super hard. Luke Cage literally justified criminal activity by black guys so they can feed their families.

What about all those people he threw around in his show? I'm sure they had families too. Why can Luke Cage fuck people up but little white boy can't.

All I got from that was Luke calling Danny a privileged racist.

Are you forgetting that Danny was specifically targeting black people!? I'm disappointed that Luke even spoke to him after that.

He wasn't handed anything just because he fulfilled a prophecy. It's not like the monks said "Oh you're a special white boy! We'll give you the good kung fu lessons, not the shit ones we give the asian kids."

A) You called him a minority, implying he faced similar hardships in K'un Lun as minorities do in the US. He didn't. Even if we believed K'un Lun would treat "normal" minorities differently, we know Danny wasn't.

B) Part of Davos' problem with Danny was that he received special treatment. So, in a grossly simplified way, yes, he got the good kung fu lessons.

Watch the show, they didn't "hate on white people" it was actually pretty good.

You're getting upset about the title of a television show you haven't watched, and refuse to listen to reason when it's explained to you. "White Men Can't Jump" wasn't about being racist toward white people. Watch the show and see why the line is being used. Or shut the fuck up and stop being fragile. Take either option.

I did watch it, two episodes of it. And unsurprisingly it wasn't for me. Stupid title is a stupid title. There's no denying it.

No way man, Cottonmouth is probably the best villain that MCU has done. The actor that portrayed him was incredible, even if you didn't personally dig the show, it gets brownie points just for how awesome he was.

He was too good for this show, he should have been on Black Panther in a bigger role
