I wouldn't know cuz I'm (mostly) rational, but a start is to figure out whatever inadequacies exist in your life that make it so you have to attach your entire ego and being to a piece of art or work that you didn't write and doesn't care if you defend it or not.

Take a break from the internet for a week and talk to people in the real world only. You'll find that they don't care about the gamer stuff that is so important here. Your coworkers and family members dont even know about the things that are the biggest deals ever here.
That can help you to gain a little perspective when you come back to gfaqs and realize that the trolling here is sad and comes from feelings of isolation and inadequacy. And if you are trolling others here maybe talking to other people will help you to feel less isolated and inadequate. ... Copied to Clipboard!
