There's someone who, at night, walks up your car... breaking the windshields and putting big dents in the hood and roof of the cars.

There have been something like 6 reports this month.

They just cause damage. And it's not like they're keying the cars or stealling the hubcaps, it's just... they walk up the hood and jump off the back in some form of parkour

that's called living in the hood with homeless folks on drugs or mentally unstable people that break into unsold homes to squat until the police come.
