No movie has ever made me angry, but depressed over the wasted potential.

I don't know which is worse: fanboys or elitist.

Skyfall.

At least Die Another Day made me laugh exasperatedly at its ridiculousness. Skyfall... uuuggggghhhhhh.

it is exceedingly rare that a movie brings me to rage because I usually gatekeep the movies I decide to watch and never go in blind. That being said, London Has Fallen. Authoritarian, politically myopic, piece of shit movie. Just thoroughly unpleasant and mean. I would have been enriched more by staring into an open sewer for an hour and a half.

Ultraviolet. I never expected a masterpiece, but I expected some decently shitty costumes and stilted choreography. What I got was an overabundance of blurry, shitty CGI, an emotional story that was like stepping in dog shit for my soul, shitty cuts and some serious inconsistencies regarding wounds and blood.

Really, you can stab a white-suited mook in the neck with a chunk of a sword you caught bare-handed and not have him spray out blood - but zoom in on your hand seconds later to show a bunch of oozing, bloody wounds? You cut your hand, sure, but you stabbed that motherfucker in the neck and killed him! He's wearing a white hazmat suit, which would be noticably bloody after its occupant gets stabbed! Yet you're the only one bleeding!

Attack of the Clones. Unlike most, I enjoyed a lot of TPM but that's not to say I loved the movie. So I go to see AotC and we legit left that movie just baffled. I was so disappointed it led to me being angry.

I remember coming out and my buddy telling everyone on line just how bad it was.

I'm with you on this. I was in middle school when AotC came out, so I wasn't ready to admit to myself it was bad. Now it's one of my all time most hated films.

In terms of TPM, I actually feel it's the best of the prequels. At least in the sense it's the one that "feels" most like the OT. It has practical sets and designs that feel part of the same universe. The light saber battle is well shot and choreographed and isn't that ridiculous space ninja shit it became in AotC. And it has some good performances from Liam, Ewan and Ray Park.

The problem with TPM is it's really boring for long stretches, Jar Jar, and from a story standpoint became disposable after AoTC when Lucas shifted away from Obi Wan and decided to focus totally on Anakin.

I'm not defending TPM as a great movie, but it's definitely not the worst of the prequels.

They are all pretty much the same to me. Completely disposable entertainment with no other redeeming value. If you were to force me to rate which turd floats highest in the bowl I would say Sith because it had the only scene in the entire prequels that was actually engaging from a dramatic perspective (when Anakin and Palpatine are at the weird sperm opera talking shop - although even that is a little stupid because Anakin somehow can't clue in that Palpatine is a Sith lord throughout that scene, but it was still interesting to see the early interaction between those two characters).
