I live on Long Island, so yeah. I pretty much wanna choke someone with my bare hands when they order Domino's lol.

I ate Papa John's for the first time recently, but only because I won a free pizza from them. It was like a 4/10, but I wasn't disappointed since it was free, and I went into it expecting trash.

But that $5.99 makes up for the taste. I hardly ever eat their pizza, it's mainly just a cheese for the kids.

yes. there's also independant pizza places. prefer fultano's myself they have good pizza though slightly more expensive than average run for out to eat spent 8$. compared to my average of 5$.

I don't know why anyone orders from big chain pizzerias when the smaller stores do pizza so much better. The only exception to this was Greco and Pizza Experts/Delight up here in Canada. Everything else is so damn disgusting.

And yet, still for all I'll have friends argue with me that places like Dominoes do pizza better.

Even Totino's is better than Dominoes.

Anything is better than Pizza Hut. Tried it twice in my life, both times almost threw up it was so bad.

Fast food pizza is disgusting.

Although we do have a pretty good chain here in Mass (Papa Ginos).

It really depends on the area. I've had Pizza Hut in places and it was delicious. The nearest Pizza Hut to me is operated almost entirely by high schoolers and every pizza I've had has been the greasiest pile of shit. The Domino's and Hungry Howies in our area is much better in quality.

However, the smaller pizza operations in our area blow all of them away.

Aight I'll bite. Dominos is still the best of the 3. I haven't noticed a change at all within the last few years. But I do prefer pizza hit on occasion. Is anyone serious tho when they like papa John's the most?? And I feel like most local chain pizzas have the same type flavor. Mostly greasy too. I admit there are some exceptions but dang. Maybe I'm just ignorant since I grew up in Cali and live in AZ.

Domino's has always been terrible. Every formula and incarnation. The sauce is too sweet, and the flavor in the breading is not integrated at all. It tastes like they put spices on wet styrofoam.

Anyone have Marco's pizza around where they live?

I've tried it. They've got some interesting specialty options, but overall it's in the same tier as the rest of them. It has that same assembled taste experience.
