2015 isn't that long ago. If DC can show they made and sold even a single Bumblebee toy before 2015, Hasbro's case might just fall apart. Actually I was wrong on this. DC would need to show a toy that predates Hasbro's first Bumblebee toy and it's likely that Hasbro really does have the older toy. --- This was not the best year for my bracket.
