The diet itself is very straightforward, but it takes a lot of mental fortitude to pull it off.
Wake up: Get ready for work. No breakfast. Work til lunch. Get a caffeine free, zero-calorie drink. For lunch: Go on a walk. Do not eat. Finish work for the day. Get home at like 5 pm. Still at zero calories on the day. Do chores, run on the treadmill, whatever. 6:30 pm still on zero calories. NOW you can eat. BUT! You get to have 3 "Smart Ones"/"Lean Cuisine" entrees. Your caloric intake for the day should be about 900. Like I said, it's not for anyone. BUT! If you pick the meals that have 19g of protein or more. you WILL feel full after 3 of those. Just a matter of self control. After I get to my target weight I'm going to do a big celebration/cheat meal and it's going to be glorious! PS. Yes this works. I'm 5'5" and gone from 167 to 155 lbs so far my target weight is 130 and I plan on getting there maybe by the end of the year. My blood pressure is now under control. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

900 calories a day with exercise is starvation level. I wouldn't recommend that. You need more calories. Well, sometimes I'll go up to 1200 calories if I do like a 3 mile run. But yeah, I just keep control of myself. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

900 calories a day with exercise is starvation level. I wouldn't recommend that. You need more calories. I think you can afford to eat something for lunch or breakfast, if you stick in something with high protein like omelet with cheese, you should be doing fine.
