So truthfully, have you lost any weight? How would you say your current diet is going?

I have lost 12 pounds in about 3 weeks. It's going well! Plus I don't feel starved.

I would bet like half of that is water weight.

The diet itself is very straightforward, but it takes a lot of mental fortitude to pull it off.

Wake up: Get ready for work. No breakfast.
Work til lunch. Get a caffeine free, zero-calorie drink.
For lunch: Go on a walk. Do not eat.
Finish work for the day.

Get home at like 5 pm. Still at zero calories on the day.

Do chores, run on the treadmill, whatever.

6:30 pm still on zero calories.

NOW you can eat. BUT! You get to have 3 "Smart Ones"/"Lean Cuisine" entrees. Your caloric intake for the day should be about 900.

Like I said, it's not for anyone. BUT! If you pick the meals that have 19g of protein or more. you WILL feel full after 3 of those.

Just a matter of self control.

After I get to my target weight I'm going to do a big celebration/cheat meal and it's going to be glorious!

PS. Yes this works. I'm 5'5" and gone from 167 to 155 lbs so far my target weight is 130 and I plan on getting there maybe by the end of the year. My blood pressure is now under control.

I weigh myself daily after exercise and it's still trending downwards.

Still mostly water weight. After the first month, it'll fall down to an average of 1-3lbs depending on how overweight you are.

900 calories a day with exercise is starvation level. I wouldn't recommend that. You need more calories.

Well, sometimes I'll go up to 1200 calories if I do like a 3 mile run. But yeah, I just keep control of myself.

No thanks.

I think you can afford to eat something for lunch or breakfast, if you stick in something with high protein like omelet with cheese, you should be doing fine.

And then a minor snack for lunch and what you're doing would be ok.

How long do you run on the treadmill?

I do have scrambled eggs a lot. It's 180 calories for 19g of protein. You could have 4 of these a day and feel full as hell, but I stick to one of those. But again, I have that in the evening. I fast all day.

Treadmill currently is about 50 minutes for walk/run 3 miles. Treadmill says I burn 340 calories in that time. I'm still not in the best shape, but better than I was.

If you wanna keep it off a diet is a lifelong thing and no one in their right mind is doing 900 calories a day with exercise forever.

I intend to go back to 1800 calories a day after I get to my target weight. I think I'll keep up the treadmill stuff though.

1000 calories less eaten per day (or more than I was) + 300 calories more burned per day for about a month.

Maybe I measured myself with gear on, but yeah.

And FYI the fattest I eve was was 170lbs and that was obese for my height.

BMI says I will be in the lower side of "normal" range for my height at 130. Then I'm going to have a cheat meal.

It's that carrot on a stick that keeps me going.

I feel full every night.

Costs about $40 a week.

Not sure what the problem is.
