My thought is that beer has always been marketed as manly.

Millennials preach being yourself and not trying to live up to stereotypes.

In order to appear as if they're being themselves they reject beer and it's toxic masculinity in order to sip wine and appear feminine or European.

If this is true, it is one of the main reasons I get annoyed when people try to label me as a millennial.

Although I literally never get hangover headaches... and vomiting is very rare for me.
