No need for extra vitamin D & A if you already take a multivitamin.
You can also cut out the magnesium/calcium/zinc if you eat enough vegetables and nuts. --- Need a new signature here. ... Copied to Clipboard!

unless your diet consists of bleached white bread with butter and pepsi, id recommend you stop taking all supplements except for sone vitamin d here and there and the methyl form of b12. you are better off drinking wheatgrass which has benefits of its own and is basically a multivitamin.

First off, you shouldn't need to take so many supplements unless you have a really shitty diet. In which case I would suggest creating a better diet.
Fish Oil is a scam. Supplements should only be used to get more of an important vitamin if you are currently not getting enough of it. It's possible to have too much of a vitamin. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

The only vegetables I ever eat are corn and potatoes if that changes anything I have zero leafy greens in my diet
