than seeing an online review for something you like that is extremely biased and uninformed, that people actually found "helpful."

Like, having a dumbass opinion is fine if you keep it to yourself. But when you try to pass it off as fact and spread it to other people, you're doing more harm than good.

I hear what you're saying. Often I'll see reviews for games that say the game is "broken" or that the gameplay doesn't function, and it's a game I've played that plays fine. Can't help but think they're terrible at the game and think it's the game's fault.

Not even saying they should give the game a glowing review, just that they're obviously biased, didn't play the game, or they just suck at games.

Yep, I also hate these because sometimes they get so popular. However, if the place is really good, either management will respond and debunk it, or better yet, another customer will fill everyone else on why they're wrong

I think a perfect example is when people have a "bad experience" yet they leave out all the details on their end that fueled the experience to be that way.
