With the right writers, I think just about everyone could have a romantic comedy built out of their life or fill ninety minutes with wacky workplace shenanigans.

At least a 7. I worked for 5 years in a psychiatric hospital, I've traveled large swaths of this country, I've had crippling depression and other symptoms from head trauma, I've had a beautiful relationship end with a brutal breakup, I've run marathons and raised thousands for charities doing it, I have an awesome dog.

I'm sure someone could make a good movie or two out of my life

Barely survived the first half year, another major surgery at age 4, terrible bullying in elementary, cautious socializing in middle school, banner high school career, insomniac/crisis mode activate during college, resulting in a happily married adulthood. Not too bad? Lot of ups and downs. A movie about my parents or grandparents, though. That would rate.

My life would function much better as a sitcom, but I think I've done enough wacky stuff for at least 6/10 movie material if the moments were chosen properly, mostly based on the charm of the protagonist, of course. I've done a decent amount of traveling in rather strange ways (I tend to drive like 20+ hours at a time) and have had a lot of random assorted weird coincidences happen to me that make for good storytelling (like getting robbed literally the day of a flight for a trip, said wallet containing my driver's license, and still making the flight somehow).

But yeah much much better as a sitcom-- I feel like no coherent string of events really has enough for a full movie's material without jumping around too much, which is why the rating suffers. Either jumping becomes necessary or you've got a decent amount of boring stuff in there.
