Say I want to make a sammich in the toaster oven. I dunno, like a roast beef and provolone sammich.

What's a good kind of bread or roll to use? I want something flakey and delicious that I can walk to the local bakery or grocery store and buy.

Not talking prepackaged wonder bread stuff, I mean like a baguette or some shit.
