Actually its my dads breakfast but he was refusing to eat or take pills or follow any instructions so its back to the hospital for him so it became my breakfast.

I dont normally eat breakfast unless its usually like 11 or so but at that point its basically lunch.

But I'm pretty sure part of my mind wants to just grab and throw things it shouldn't so eating breakfast was a safer alternative.

Worse is i am trying to continue dropping a little weight so i cant just stress eat cookies all day like i would like to. Haven't touched a snacking cookie in nearly a month, so at least that venture is being successful.

Also the plan to lose weight has had moderate success. Lost only a few pounds on the scale but my waist size has slimmed significantly back down to more comfortable(literally here) levels.

well it's okay to have a cheat day once a week IMHo

Update here, doctors talked to him, made him promise to take his pills and told him he was fine. Let him out of the hospital a few hours after he got in(The wait in the ER is hours).

Time comes for his night time medication and its back to what he was doing this morning. Yay.

So I went and ate a donut out of the fridge.

Trip to the hospital time.

My dad literally tried to fight me getting him out of the car at the hospital.

His attempt was unsuccessful.

He did get the word cocksucker out though. Think its the only thing he said all day that wasn't no.
