Coffeebeanz 09/11/17 10:08:48 AM #1:	Went from level 10 to Lv 20 (cap) with all blue and purple gear in an hour and a half. I'm not even close to finishing the campaign - still on Titan. I chained them because I needed co op XP to unlock another skill tree for my Titan, but each event gave me more than a full level's worth of XP and a box of rare gear. By the end of it, my gear level had gone from like 90 to 210. I'm not sure Bungie realizes how broken these events are. It shows how much time they have. They also seem to be going on constantly. With the first game, you pretty much had to be lucky and stumble across one. IIRC they only activated every fifteen minutes or something and it was in a different area of the map. Thing is, it's programmed to always give gear near or above your current gear level, so chaining those public events continues to upgrade all my gear. Destiny 1 was similar in that way - the dropped great scaled with your current gear level.
