Do you attempt to adhere to an everyday schedule? From what I hear, creating a routine is great way to maximize productivity. The pros are obvious. You sleep and wake up the same times everyday. You plan time for chores, errands, exercise, recreation. Everything is nice and neat. If ever things go off schedule, it's no biggie.
Would just like any other day except slightly hectic. 530a wake up, bathroom, breakfast, teeth. 6a-230p work (small meal time every two hours) 3p to-do list 530p workout 630p dinner 7p clean up/chores 8p shower, teeth, hair 930p sleep If I finish early i can either chill or get started on the next activity. --- ---- ----- ...
