If the stank don't run you out of the building, I ain't liking it! View Results Yup. Whatcha like with your cheese? I tend to like cheeses I would say has a lot of flavor. I'll definitely go for a blue over cheddar, for example. My favorite cheese that I can actually get on a regular basis is smoked Jarlsberg, which I know is considered a mild cheese, but I love the nutty flavor. --- It's art! Based on the last criteria, I'd say mild or medium.
