Season 20: Cartman can no longer be social online, so he is an outcast, meet another offline outcast girl and they become a couple, which changes him.

Cartman's story was just to get rid of him being literally the least entertaining character in all of last season. He should be back to normal and we should never see Heidi again starting with episode 2.
