The left side of my neck is sore
my left should blade feels like someone stabbed it with a knife
the left shoulder itself hurts to move
I have a sharp stinging pain on the left side of my chest that goes down into my abdomen
my left testicle is feels like someone over inflated it
my left knee hurts when I walk
my left calf feels tight

this all came around the same time, very sudden with no event before hand which would explain it.

Am I going to die?

mistakes were made.

The pain in my abdomen has stopped me from eating, but I finally go hungry enough that I forced myself to eat something.I have no food that doesn't require a lot of effort to make, so I went out, I grabbed some panda express specifically the 3 entree plate with 3 servings of orange chicken because fast food is easy and didn't require me to move a lot to go get.

Now the pain in my abdomen feels like a rib is trying to pierce my organs.

My mom was worried it was a heart attack, but it has lasted almost 24 hours now, so I doubt it is that. Web md says it is a pulmonary embolism, but I choose to believe it is just muscle fatigue, a stomach bug, and maybe some cramps hitting at once because my insurance doesn't kick in for another week.

Real talk I have had stuff like that happen from sleeping in an odd position. Pain is a weird thing, and anything but exact. On top of that it can become psychosomatic, especially if the internet tells you you're dying. Not really sure eating a month's worth of sodium from Panda Express was the best fast breaker, though, especially when several of your symptoms sound like dehydration.

Ya, that is kind of what I am hoping it was, I know I am a bit of a hypochondriac, my brother is even worse, so I have been burned on spending a fortune I don't have on medical tests before, which makes me really not want to go in. As for dehydration though, I doubt that is the case, I get pretty severe headaches when dehydrated, so I tend to drink a lot of water.

My supplemental health coverage starts tomorrow and my full insurance coverage should start on Wednesday. Until then I called the local walk in clinic just going in will cost $150 but from the symptoms they would suggest radiology tests and other things which could quickly make it a very expensive process. So I will probably go Wednesday or Thursday. Depending on when I can get my insurance started on Wednesday.

Until then my leg is feeling better, my testicle isn't as inflated, the pain on the side of my chest and stomach is down and is only really bothersome when breathing deep or eating, but on the downside my shoulder is swollen and feels like someone tried to rip it apart from my body.

Probably not related, but I just took a shit and a piss and I was about to flush when I heard this weird sound, I get up and the toilet bowl is literally fizzing. not just some bubbles from peeing too fast, but actually fizzing. It was the strangest thing, I didn't even know piss could do that.
