ep 2: had its moments but not more than decent
ep 3: good, really hamfisted monologue at the end though
ep 4: poor, don't think it was ever actually actively funny
ep 5: good, very solid
ep 6: great
ep 7: great, probably best of the season thus far



last few eps have been a great run. kinda worried the upcoming 'abcs of beth' episode will be a return to 'monologuing about divorce or nihilism or something idk' though!

Episode 1: Amazing
Episode 2: Very underwhelming. Not particularly funny
Episode 3: Awesome
Episode 4: Good. Bumped up from just "meh" because of Noob Noob and Million Ants
Episode 5: Great
Episode 6: Great
Episode 7: Amazing. Probably one of the best episodes of the series.
Episode 8: P good. Would've preferred Inter-dimensional Cable 3 though.

I kinda wish episode 8 had some sort of lasting outcome. I understand it was this season's inter dimensional cable kinda, but some potential was wasted

I do think people are overrating it. I don't think it was a bad episode, but there wasn't much to it. The episode itself also felt very short. The squirrel bit was good, but that's probably the most memorable part of it.

But I wouldn't say there's no lasting outcome. It shows how manipulative Rick is as he was literally removing any memories from Morty where Rick did something wrong. Beth was very quick to chose Summer over Morty. And Summer has some kind of role as an assistant to Rick, which means Rick trusts Summer enough to be backup incase things go wrong.

8 was fun imo. definitely felt a little throwaway but give me that over the monologues any day.

would have liked IC3 but hey, good ep all the same.

I actually thought the episode was kind of meh, but Summer walking in at the end was great. You get the feeling this sort of thing happens regularly.
