I'd assume either ex-stepmom or aunt. A lot of informal relationships use aunt or uncle despite no real familial tie. A few family friends had me call them aunt, although I think that was because it was more respectful than just calling them by their first name at that age.
Which segues into the whole idea of kids not calling grown-ups by their first name, which is kinda weird. I guess it's a residual form of respect which dates back to when nobody except close friends or family members addressed each other by their first names, because it sounded too familiar. I was watching a show set in the turn of the 1800s Canada where one character is shocked that another has called a female character by her "Christian name" (meaning first name) and questioned their familiarity. --- (\/)(\/)|-| In Zeus We Trust: All Others Pay Cash ...
