Yes No View Results 2 Orthodox Jewish Women, Criminal Defense Attorneys 40 y/o Sara Shulevitz and 26 y/o Mindy Meyer from Miami and New York are self described BARBIE LAWYERS who say they defend Criminals such as RAPISTS, MURDERERS AND DRUG LORDS!! They are dressed from head to toe matching pink outfits as they own their own practice called the Meyer Kessner and Shulevitz Law Group.. Sara says "At first glance we might appear a little ditzy but we are fighters, we are tough lawyers and we get the job done. Mindy says "I always loved Barbie, the glitz and the glamour and the sparkles and the jazz, so we decided to bring that to the courtroom. We won't take on any client that is unethical or asks us to do things that are illegal. Other than that, everybody is entitled to a defense subject to the constitution" Orthodox Jewish women practicing criminal law is rare but they bond over their CONSERVATIVE HERITAGE!! Both of them grew up from an ultra-Othodox Jewish homes and it was expected that they marry at 18 and have children with as many as TEN kids..however many God will give them. Sara was in an arranged marriage at 18 but it fell apart so we went into law and after watching legally blonde, they copied her lifestyle. They said one of the hardest things was being taken seriously, Sara claims she defended a client facing 15 years and got him acquitted in 5 MINUTES..She also said one of the male attorneys said to her "Who did you sleep with in the jury to get that result?". She said "It was very painful because you work so hard and no one would say that to a male attorney" Mindy grew up in Brooklyn and is married with one daughter but never envisioned a traditional Orthrodox future for herself but that she had a FASCINATION with criminals and politics and didn't want to be in the kitchen all day.. But these girls claim they represent a NEW FEMINISM and that they don't need to look and act like men but they represent a CONSERVATIVE side to feminism and not the typical "liberal" feminist who "demean MEN". They are pro-life and believe abortion is abhorrent. If you needed a lawyer, would you Hire these creepy heifers?
