It's been very rough sledding ever since then. He's been booted twice, and only has one other upper half finish, which was last year. This year is technically is fourth best finish ever, which says a lot. Since Seifer's STATS were pretty bad to begin with, he doesn't suffer too much. He drops a little bit from 42.66% to 42.14%, falling two spots from 62nd to 64th place. Seifer's STATS are even worse in the New Era because it doesn't take his two best performances into account.
