Alpha: being able to develop social relationships with women without being easily emotionally attached or possessive. And not having to chase women 100% of the way and being able to let them come to you.
Beta: getting attached and infatuated with any girl that gives you the time of day or affection. Being overly possessive and controlling. Very jealous. And feeling entitled to any form of affection just by showing "chivalry" (basically a "nice guy") i'd say for a good part of my life i acted pretty beta. Especially when it came to street racer and halloween girl. But kinda learned from my mistakes. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

The easy way is posture. Like, there are a ton of vague concepts related to either type of guy, to the point that you could argue neither exists, but there's only one factor I see across the board in all my social experiences, and that's posture.

This is actually quite a good immediate indicator.
