Yes.

Gladiator and Crash.

Gladiator cause I was young and seeing someone as badass as Maximus die made me tear up.

And Crash was the first serious drama movie I recall seeing.

I can't remember if a movie made me cry, but the game Jak 3 made me cry end when a specific character died.

No. I've never seen a movie where the creators didn't make it too obvious when they're trying to make you sad. It never feels natural and movies kind of recycle the same beats over and over again so there's no way that would actually have an emotional effect on me. The only things movies ever make me feel are excited, bored or frustrated.

I teared up for a sec recently at Kingsman 2 when Merlin was singing that country road song before exploding on the landmine

I read that they wanted Merlin to survive but then they said his brilliant performance in that scene would have been wasted

All the time. Most recent was "Big Fish" a couple months ago. Watched it on TV again. Losing my father in law just before made me think of my wife losing her dad and I couldn't help it.

One of the first movies ever screened was of a train moving sort of towards the audience and they all jumped out of its way because they thought it was really coming at them.

Got misty-eyed, but didn't actually cry at the following:

My Girl - Thomas J's funeral

Forrest Gump - Forrest talking to Jenny's grave

Transformers the Movie (1986) - Optimus Prime's death

Though I doubt it counts as a movie per se, the animated special Here Comes Garfield actually DID make me cry - the song So Long Old Friend was what did it
