Came with physical Undertale PC edition, 200+ page artbook with commentary, 2-disk soundtrack, soundtrack sheet list with commentary, a mini-comic of the into, an annoying dog sticker, and this cool thing:

Toby Fox's commentary in the art book is great. I always like reading up on a developer's thought process when making something, especially when they go into detail about stuff that never made it through. I never even noticed all the blank picture frames in Toriel's house.
