How so?

Edit: On second thought, never mind the question.

Surprisingly great. Got along with everyone but the rich preppy girls. One of the best cadets in JROTC. Part of the popular stoner group. Made a terrible teacher quit after her first year.

It was pretty tumultuous and affected my life forever

I was diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia when I turned 16 and started taking anti psychotics at 17 my Junior year

dropped out a month later and went home schooled.

but the first two years were pretty good I didn't experience the full high school life since i was so sick by the time senior year rolled around.

A hell of alot better than my elementary life. Living in a small rural area it's a much smaller high school. I live right next to it as well. Good teachers (most of them), had fun, good friends, and had one girlfriend for a short time.

Downsides I guess were how difficult the odd subject got over time, being forced to take certain classes and buy things for them, and the few times I was bullied.

Was there from Grade 7 through 12. Graduated in 2001.

My high school life was actually quite amazing and I legitimately miss those days. I'm actually quite sad nowadays....

My junior year. Nightmarish to the point of honestly praying to god every night that I would die. I am not exaggerating that. I truly did that. I wanted to die to spare myself from the misery and bullying I had to live through.
The first two though were just standard misery.
Senior year in different school. So much better. Not good (it was still school). But passable.

There were moments with friends outside of school that were great. But they get lost in the fog of the soul crushing, life scarring crap I went though.

Freshman - Innocent, enjoyable but silently suffering. Very successful
Sophomore - 1st half, same was Freshman. 2nd half, all started to collapse. Had like the 3rd highest GPA in the school though. Had enough in me to keep that up
Junior - This is when everything went to shit. Attempted suicide, began abusing drugs, dropped out last semester and did independent study.
Senior - Little bit better. Back in school, started to recover and find myself. Still suffering. 2nd half I got kicked out of my home and moved to Kentucky for a bit. Overall the best year of high school, still shitty.

I honestly have no clue how I survived my Junior year though.

Got in fights.

Only attended high school during 9th and 12th grade.

Was kicked out for 10th and 11th.

Overall, I missed out because of bad grades and fights.

One of my biggest regrets in life (lost a lot of socialization).

However, I have made up for it.

Got my diploma after high school and an associate degree in computer programming since.

Pretty good. Made new friends that I still have today, got into several sports I haven't tried before.

Wish I'd worked a little bit harder to get the best grades I was capable of. It wasn't until college that studying really clicked for me, but it worked out fine for my career in the end!

Bad. It's a time in my life that I hate to be reminded of. I'll just put it that way.

Also, I wasn't bullied either, but it was still terrible.

Easy af and pretty freakin fun

I was probably one of most 'popular' kids in school if not the most, you know homecoming court, prom prince/king all that jazz. The schoolwork was easy af (especially compared to now that I'm in college lol) cause most of the girls would do my homework for me. I had easy days, I would sleep through class, let the other people do the work for me, then after school have basketball practice for 2 hours then the rest of the day was free. But honestly I have my biggest regret from high school, I really wish I could go back and try harder and take my grades more seriously. I didn't care back then cause I didn't have to. I will always regret not trying, but o well now I just gotta make due. The way I look at it now, having everybody else do my work was so freakin lazy lol

i was treated well but made a lot of very severe mistakes. what went wrong was mostly my own fault.

i learned from those mistakes and was sure to make different ones in college.
