Dr Octopus's mind in Peter Parker's body, is one of the spidermen in the group. but he fights on their side. they are all on the same side cause it's about survival. if one of the spidermen tried to kill the other spidermen that would be like if in Independence Day, one of the countries attacked another instead of fighting the aliens.
