Unused semen is broken down and reabsorbed by the body. Your balls will not explode. And it will not get painful. Physically, you wont even notice. If youre fixated on masturbation mentally, thats a different issue. The health teacher (a woman) made a point of telling that to the class, and followed it up with something like: Girls, if your boyfriend tells you his balls hurt if you dont have sex with him, hes lying.
