times a week. I wanted to be a fighter for a second. I had a rockin bod and was in the best shape of my life not even three years ago.

Now Im a skinny fat piece of and I train nothing and work out never. The strength is still there, the bod is not. Ive gained about ten pounds each year and it doesnt look like its going anywhere anytime soon.

Just wanted to post this before I went to Panda Express and devour a three entree meal
