So Nate came through here last night/still getting some winds from the back end. Charter went down, says it's because of a "fiber optic cable," but gave no explanation or timetable, and I have an assignment due tonight (have to upload it). It's been down since about 6 AM, and the weather never actually got bad, so I don't know what happened.

Can you transfer it to your phone via USB cable and then upload it from your phone? Or at the very least attach it to an e-mail to the professor?

If it's not back up by tonight that's what I'll do, but see the thing is we're in a joint class with a group in Mobile, so tomorrow's lecture is entirely online based because my university (the main campus for the program) never actually issued closures for tomorrow, while the campus the Mobile group is on did, so instead of calling off lecture like a normal campus would do, it's all been changed to be entirely online.

If someone cut a fiber at our Datacenter and it was down for 7 hours there would be heads on a block.
