For the SoR fans looking for something new...try the SoR2 Extreme rom hack or the SoR Remake PC game. In the american version of Streets of rage 3, Adam was planned to be a playable character, but was scrapped for some reason. So they changed Axel's outfit color to match Adam. In the Japanese version, Axel retains his original color scheme.
