I think the difference in the outrage will show in the timing. Anti-SJW's will see a female protagonist as pushing an agenda, so they'll complain and attack Rockstar from the start. SJW's will probably see this as a good move by Rockstar, but they will inevitably find something wrong with the protagonist (e.g. too pretty, too straight or whatever) and then will complain and attack Rockstar after playing for a while.
