West Virginia Coal Miner, Josh Stowers gave a rendition of the "National Anthem" before going UNDERGROUND as he said there was no KNEELING before he sung for his co-workers as they stood with their hands crossed!!

The video was captured by his co-worker Shane Wriston who said the men stood with their hands over hteir hearts and holding heavy equipment as they said prayers before going to dig coal.

He works for Mammoth Coal in Kanawha County and got a "standing ovation" by his fellow miners and uploaded the video to his facebook with the subtitle "There is no kneeling in this bath house"

He was referring to the NFL protests where players knelt during the national anthem against police brutality and institutional racism.

Josh says "We have daily safety meetings before every shift before these guys go underground and we appreciae Josh volunteering to sing after the meeting"

But since the video has gone viral with positive reactions from "patriotic americans" who complimented on his vocals, he is now trying to RAISE MONEY to record an album of his covers which he hopes to gain him enough notice to start a career in music

He wrote "After overwhelming support to further my music, i have decided that i want to be able to record my covers for people to hear me. I want to be able to do this for my family and everyone else who believes in me".

So far he has received no money for his 2500 goal on Gofundme
