I condition my hair on the weekend. I have to rush during the week so I don't have time to condition Monday through Friday.

I must use conditioner. I use a conditioner wash during the week and always put leave-in conditioner in my hair.

Only time I ever used conditioner was when I had my hair dyed and then it was pretty much necessary or else after a shower my hair went into a pile of knots.

Every time I clean my hair, so every few days.
I use a leave in and it's incredible the life it gives your hair. I was able to use less once I started using it. My hair is so soft the first two days it is clean.

Every other time I shampoo, so once every week or two depending on how long my hair is.

I shower daily but don't use shampoo or body wash every day. I do use soap daily so I don't smell or anything lol

Do you have short hair? If you do, that's probably why. The longer your hair, the more important conditioner is.

I always use conditioners and as well I use a leave in conditioner. It helps keep the frizz away.

Yes I use conditioner sometimes on its own and other times when I shampoo. At this point I'm sold on coconut oil treatment as well. Though I'm hesitant to do that often thinking of the plumbing.

Yep, I need to use an anti-dandruff shampoo that can dry out my hair so I use the conditioner to add the moister back in.

I used to use coconut oil a lot more but I switched to lighter oils (argan, safflower, sweet almond, grapeseed). My daily routine is the LOC method: leave-in conditioner, oil, then cream for styling. I'm thinking about switching it up and adding a styling gel to the mix.
