For me it's crippling social anxiety, depression, inferiority complex, and lack of social skills. Also, I'm basically a shut in. Gamefaqs is my entire social life.
I don't think I'm a neck beard though, I'm in decent shape, supposedly good looking, and not very tech savvy. I just play lots of games in my spare time.

I really didn't expect to end up like this, I thought I'd for sure be married with kids by now. I feel like such a huge failure.

I've had jobs where I work in the public before, they didn't last long because of the anxiety. But I thought I'd be able to meet someone, start dating, and be able to pull away from the habits of my life. As it is now,meven if I met someone, I would never be comfortable bringing them home, because of my family. It'd also cause big problems for me to go out, especially if I stayed out. I need to get my own place before I can even think of dating properly, and that's been tough to find.

Eh, I don't have the looks or money, so I'm pretty much disqualified from the dating game right there. Even if taking into account the rare women who care about personality, mine is neither interesting or likable so I've still got nothing.

I've long accepted that I'm genetic trash and an evolutionary dead-end, I just know better than to be bitter as fuck about it, and I certainly don't hate on women for something that can't be helped and wasn't their fault to begin with.
