Least - Between 8AM - 12PM - I'm not a early bird. The only exception to this is if I were working a night shift.

Favourite - Midnight. Most things are calm and relaxing at that time unless I'm out in town having a few beers.

Of the ones listed, 8:00 AM. But if I had to pick, I'd go with 7:00 AM.

Any earlier than that and I've either stayed up to that hour (in which case, it's less of a bother) or I've gotten up so early that my body is in a state of shock and I get carried on pure adrenaline. Any later and I'm grumpy, but can manage. But 7:00 is just that one sweet spot of misery that my body cannot stand.

I get up for work at 4am... But never have been or will ever be a morning person in my life. Truthfully I don't want to bother with the day until 11am.
