the art changes throughout the series, but yeah I think the Saiyan saga stuff is most distinct. Everyone seems pointier.

I heard super had some art problems as well.

I think that's more budget than intentional stylistic changes. They outsource some of the filler episodes to a lesser studio and you get really ugly scenes, but all of the important stuff turns out great
