I don't really have a top ten, but James definitely has more similar tastes than me. My #1 would probably be Back to the Future (but like he did with Star Wars, I kind of think of the entire trilogy as one). Not sure if any of his others would crack my top ten (maybe a couple of them) but mostly all things I really like... Doug's is all stuff I've never seen or thought was okay at best (I really do need to see Citizen Kane and To Kill A Mockingbird, though). Seeing TDK or Batman '89 on a top ten list is weird to me, but I know lots of people love them so whatever.

I don't know how I can disagree with their lists, there just opinions. I do like how James just likes movies for the sake of liking them and not being predictable like every critic and list all of classics that show up on their lists all the time.

Anyways my top 10 I think:
1. The good the bad and the ugly.
2. Wayne's world
3. Star wars episode v: the Empire strikes back
4. The dark knight
5. Star wars
6. Pulp fiction
7. Dumb & dumber
8. Saw
9. Die hard

Both lists have pretty great movies (but Batman 1989? Don't understand how that can be in a top 10), but I'm definitely more of an AVGN guy it seems.

You should have been around when The Nolan movies first came out.

Despite loving the movies the Critic got so much flack for saying Tim Burton's was better and Jack Nicholson was a better joker than Heath Ledger. (I agree for the record that Jack was the better Joker even though I think the Nolan movies are better)

Especially after Heath Ledger died and everyone pretended the Joker was better than he was.

He just really loves the theme, slower pace and the acting of that Burton movie and feels it's the movie, not Superman that made Superhero movies cool.

Its their opinion and I have mine. They like certain movies more and I like other movies more. Some of those movies ive never seen on those list before. It's impossible for me to disagree with how they personally feel. Im not disagreeing with their list, I posted my top 10 because you ask me to.
