Is CoD4 backwards compatible?

I feel like they're probably just going to outright remaster it (or port the maps/perks into a new game as an expansion) rather than porting it to BC and making basically no money.

Yeah, I see a MW2 Remastered happening within the next 2 years. If they remaster it and fix the broken shit in the game (specifically One Man Army) then I'll buy it in a heartbeat. But if they remaster it and leave the gameplay 100% exactly like it was before, then they couldn't pay me to play it again. Screw that.

Instead of another remaster, I'd rather they turn the first Modern Warfare Remastered into a combined game with guns/maps/perks/streaks from the whole MW trilogy (sort of like that Call Of Duty Online game that's only available in China) but I doubt that would happen.

It was unbalanced as fuck but it's the one game that I was able to just shut my brain off for hours and have a fucking blast with.

I loved the campaign despite how ridiculous it was. More fun than COD4's.
