I'm two thirds in and it started really slow and frustrating but it's picking up as it goes on

I disagree. Any second season in a drama is going to be more lumbering. The effects, themes, and acting are on point.

Yeah, I've seen the first 6 episodes, and while the last episode I watched was pretty solid, I can't say I'm finding it anything more than "okay," which is a shame considering just how great I found the first season to be.

Im like halfway through season 2. So far its good, not as good as the first but Im still enjoying it.
One thing I dont like as much is the pacing, theres no as many cliffhangers and stuff is paced out on a season basis rather than an episode to episode one. It was really slow and not as good as the first, but I think that was because I enjoyed the mystery of the first season so much.
However, when ST2 got going it just did not stop. It reached similar heights as ST1. And besides, Steve and Dustin. I don't need to say anymore. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!
