Take one or two days break per week, or your results will be much worse than without breaks. Also, i suggest magnesium citrate after push ups. I remember when i used to work out, i recovered a lot faster when i took it.

If you don't already do push-ups, you're not going to make it to 100. Even if you do, you're going to be so sore the next day, you're going to need like 5 days to heal.

If you don't, you won't gain as much. The plan is to do 20 at a time, 5 times during the day. I can bang them out in like 40 seconds right now, drunk, lol. I can easily do 20 5 times a day And trust me, once I start feeling in better shape, I'm going to just want to do more and more stuff to feel even better. This is just a boost that I need. lol don't do the push ups spread throughout the day, that's lame and doesn't really count. Actually push yourself to do 20 at a time with 30-60 second rests in between. Also, there's a better way to do it than 20 at a time, but I'm no exercise expert.
Just grab one of those free 100 push ups a day apps and work your way up. I did that and in 2-3 months I was busting out 130-150 push ups 3-4 times a week (give yourself rest days, don't overdo it) and if someone was challenging me I could usually do 50-70 without a rest. But Work your way up and don't space it throughout the day lmao. --- PSN: Dieshinz Xbox Live: Sic DieshinZ ... Copied to Clipboard!

I'm expecting to be sore, that's good, right? Eh, kinda. Soreness (DOMS) is the result of using muscles hard when they haven't been in a while. If you're sticking with this on a semi-daily schedule (allowing for recovery and stuff) after a week or two your soreness post workout will be almost nonexistent despite your muscles being properly fatigued. soreness is only an indicator when you're first starting out. --- Remember that I won't rest, 'til we share the same tense Just know, to me, you're better late than never again. ...
