So give me one plausible reason a person would have to send that e-mail to John Podesta.

Sexually harassing employees doesn't require a conspiracy. It requires people looking the other way, not believing or shutting down allegations and wanting to keep the status quo going.

Running a child prostitution ring in the basement of a pizza parlor run by politicians requires a conspiracy. Just gonna add not a single person has came out to say they were a victim of it. So presumably they'd need to be covering up the murder of children as well.

Your position would be tenable if it was merely "there were some strange emails flying around, and possibly some superfluous spending, but hard to work out what any of this means". But that's not your position. Despite having little more than a few odd emails to go by, the entire thing has blown into a conspiracy theory of the most ridiculous order. We're talking about a private party at the white house. Could have been $500 for a head for 150 people. Or $1000 a head for 65 people. You get the idea. Shit is expensive when you add in all the overheads. It's not just a $3 hotdog.

I've actually worked in catering for a bit. One of my events, we charged $800 in total to feed a good 50 people, giving a fruit platter, cheese platter, some local hot food, and drinks.

$250 per head IS OUTRAGEOUS. We're cooking in bulk, there's no way they're going to charge that much FOR HOTDOGS AND PIZZA. What hell is that hotdog made out of? Grade A5 Kobe beef? What fraught.

Anyhow, you're missing my point. There are a billion and 2 inconsistencies to make it clear as mud that the article Darmik linked has nothing to do with the "private pizza/hotdog" party.

Sad_Face is, but I'm not. It might be surprising to CE, but some people are capable of picking apart conspiracy theories to decide which parts are obvious bullshit and which are at least somewhat plausible.
