Not sure how bad it is yet, but they are talking about surgery tonight to remove the pollup they found that was cancerous.

I am a little numb right now kinda? I am not freaking out or anything at this point, especially since we don't know if it has spread or not. I am hopeful since he is only 37 and in relative good health. Don't know how bad or if he had symptoms before-hand so maybe we are catching it early?

Never had a family member fight cancer... fuck cancer

Terrible news, especially without all the information about how serious it is. Support your brother, a big part of dealing with the treatment for cancer is attitude. It's very sad that he's so young getting cancer, but you are right that it should help when it comes to fighting.
