I'm not a huge fan of it no. In shows like South Park, it needs to be a recurring theme (Randy Marsh was allowed in Musicians).

Agree that Homer, Ned and Cartman shouldn't be in. Unless it's an arc that relates to their character for an extended period of time. I don't know about Cartman cos I don't watch SP but most likely it's a one-off or short time thing.

My argument for Kano is simple

1) Mercenary work is tied into bounty hunter work

2) In MKXs plot he specifically goes for a bounty on Kotal Khans head (just played through this recently)

The Yu-Gi-Oh characters aren't bounty hunters. They're just brainwashed by Marik. I guess you could make an argument for Arkana since Marik promised him he would help him regain the love of his fiancee back and I suppose that could count as his payment.

-Amarant Coral: He's a mercenary that takes a job with an actual bounty hunter (Lani). He doesn't even fulfill his one and only known "job" as a bounty hunter. To me, he's a mercenary only. He just happened to take a bounty.

-Krombopulos Michael: Assassin. I'm sorta willing to let him slide because he's clearly modeled after a Star Wars character that is a bounty hunter. Even though he calls himself an assassin he takes bounties it seems.

-Strings: I'm likely to follow JONA's advice and only leave the one YGO character that seems to be in it for a payment in. Being turned into a mindslave doesn't really equal bounty hunter, it equals well, mind slave.

I dont see why not to the gameplay bounties like in FF12/15 given theres actual evidence of them collecting bounties. Doesnt Vaan join a guild specifically dedicated to collecting bounties?

Deadpool was a bounty hunter for approximately one issue during civil war. The rest of the time he's an assassin and mercenary. Taskmaster has never even come close to bounty hunting and is definitely a straight-up assassin. Leon is just a pure assassin as well.

He's designed to serve under someone specific, he has specific masters and will only work to kill under them, he doesn't really work solo and definitely doesn't collect bounties on individuals.
