It paints them as heroic saviors of debate and democracy while demonizing the right for doing what that dude is doing in the video. He mentions how the far-right presents the next logical step in the argument to try and force you to accept and concede the first point, while he personally did the exact same thing multiple times. He says that the right (republicans) are selfish and only debate to make themselves look strong, that they have no real virtues except self worth. He also says that liberals have perfect intentions and debate trying to find a compromise, despite hordes of evidence existing in real life that says otherwise. This person either doesn't understand what words mean (which I doubt) or he's an unabashed deceiver and exaggerator (extremely likely). He also doesn't list the argument many Trump supporters, such as myself, that goes somewhat along the lines of: "Who the **** cares that he said that 10 years ago? It's not too much of a surprise and few people truly care. He also said they let him do it. It's obviously not sexual assault like Anderson Cooper and other leftists claim it is---guys say things like that." The video has a point, some Trump voters certainly can steer the goal posts, but everyone is guilty of this. He has no evidence when he says, "But Trump voters do it more". He says "Bill isn't running for President" when Trump voters bring up his sex scandal. But he fails to mention that Bill will be the first lady and in the white house. He also fails to mention Hillary's cold treatment to those women and support of Bill despite his actions. So that single point is worth mentioning in a debate. I'd rate this video pretty low.
