Played DOOM a little bit today...not gonna continue playing it myself, but I can still see it's pretty cool. Glad the Switch found a way to make it work!

I might double dip when it's cheaper. It may be a compromise but it works and is worth it for portable DOOM.

It's both, but it's mobile hardware. So for that it is very powerful.

no they're not, not with Vulkan. I can run the game on my 950m and I bought that laptop for like $500.

granted, I run it like the Switch runs it (higher resolution though), but the Switch is also a dedicated gaming platform.

a 670 came out 5 years ago and hard drive space isn't a marker for high requirements, just annoying ones.

the 670 was a high end 2012 GPU too.
tried it yet? you'd have to throw everything on low but this is one of those games where the performance is so good at the low end it might squeeze in anyway.
