Jacksonville has NEVER drafted a good qb, so if we're going to get one I'm going to guess it'll be a free agent.

We can probably use this topic for this weeks discussion, but it annoys me that the title won't make sense.

Great, now I'm having flashbacks to the Gene Smith years. In which we traded a 2nd rounder to get Blaine Gabbert, took Tyson Alualu in the Top 10, Drafted a punter in the third round, traded a 2nd rounder for a 3rd rounder, drafted Justin Blackmon. And 4 years later, I think there are two players acquired during the Smith era that are still here: Poz and Henne. (Lewis was drafted by Shack Harris, who was still somehow better than Gene Smith) Well technically I think Blackmon is still on the team for some reason.

Still, one moment form the Gabbert era stands out. "Whoa there motherfucker."

So uh...the Chiefs signed Revis today.

or one of Bill Simmons's favorite phrases "the good bad team"

I actually thought Hundley would be at the very least only slightly below average, which I based on nothing considering I barely knew he existed before Rodgers went down.

I even started him in fantasy one week! (In a game I was projected to win by 50+ even without him in the lineup)

he's had some good throws

surrounded by a lot of poor reads, holding the ball too long, and probably questionable playcalling to begin with

I'm actually sorta excited for Revis in KC. He seriously can't be any worse than Philip Gaines. For a minimum contract, sure why not.
