Several scenes from trailers were cut out. Seemingly all of aqua man other than when he was in the background of the other members/directly speaking to one of them/had a critical role in the plot got cut. Really makes me wonder if he sucks as aqua man or if someone on set just didn't like him. The few scenes he's in I enjoyed.

it's kinda weird because most of these characters don't have solo movies yet (is this flash even getting one? or cyborg?) so we've never seen them before but they were barely even introduced in the first place. i mean the wonder woman movie was really good, and man of steel was... okay, but that's all we have to go off right now

it really feels like they're saying "oh marvel is doing this let's copy them" but not actually... looking at what makes those ones engaging lmao. it's assuming a lot of knowledge on the viewer's part, like a lot of people may have never heard of the justice league in the first place, and then they've never seen a bunch of these characters. and like who the hell is steppenwolf? they literally just needed a bad guy so they had some reason to be here

Zac Snyder is a terrible director and every movie he does makes his okay ones worse in retrospect. I don't think I could even watch 300 anymore.

It's not just Snyder tho. The writing is mostly trash and doesn't match the characters.

I assumed as much but even if he isn't always the primary problem he's the inverse King Midas and turns every project he's associated with into shit.

They should make a Flash movie. He's one of the more popular characters. Cyborg should just not exist in this movie or solo simply because he replaced Martian Manhunter for no goddamn reason.

There's plenty of reasons to alter the origins. 90% of the people that watch comic book movies don't know or don't give a shit about the origins. Do you think people were losing their minds that Wasp and Ant-Man weren't in Avengers? Cyborg and Martian Manhunter are both nobodies but Cyborg is at least in Injustice 2.
